Common Core Math: Measurement & Data
From kindergarten to fifth grade, students measure attributes of objects, such as length, mass and volume. Students perform measurements using various tools and units of measurement. Students convert between units within measurement systems (e.g. feet to miles or liters to milliliters). The measurements that students collect become sets of data that students represent visually with charts and graphs. Additionally, students learn to tell time and count money.
